sophist ties a necklance around verns neck. he thinks it's just a gift, something cute to wear. its pink, so it matches his hair/wings. he loves it, he never takes it off. after wearing it for so long, he notices he's gotten a lot better at casting the spells sophist was teaching him, like almost shockingl improvement. he doesn't think much of it, until they're in battle and he tries a hard-hitting spell that they hadn't had much time to practice recently, light blast (like dark blast but opposite cu they opposite and cute :3) and it's an almost perfect blast. confused by this, albeit overjoyed, he turns to sophist (did you see? did you see what i could do?) who has nearly collapsed in pain and anguish even though he was nowhere near to blast. he rushes over, and thus is when brent or nick asks about the (glowing) necklace. vern puts two and two together, it must be some sort of charm sophist made him so that he can fight better/amplify the effectiveness kf hjs spells ( the gift woud be given on an adventure right after a battle where vern gets severely injured because he couldn't defend himself), and by the looks of it it's handmade. it connects directly to sophist's own magic/energy supply, which has also begun to effect his health due to the fact that he still uses magic too. horrified at this, vernias rips the charm off, tossing it to the side for the time being as he performs a healing/energy transfer spell (depends how bad you wanna make eevee situation). sophist is not happy, he just wants his bf to be able to protect himself 🥺

Just for fun, I decided to make a little bingo card for when the bozos livestream this October! Here are the rules:
This only applies to the pc rpf community. As such, the entries on here are going to be leaning more towards "shippable moments", though there are still a few "normal" answers. Be advised if you share this outside of the rpf community (for everyone's safety, only share within the rpf community)!
The bingo cards may only be blotted during their livestreams (or using the VODs if you miss it and someone generously saves it). While I might do a separate one just for the videos they make during this time frame (of them all meeting up together), I figured for now, it would be best to just do it for the streams.
Try to see how many bingos you can get before the end of the streaming! If you can get a full blackout... (I uh... haven't thought through a prize other than just satisfaction... and bragging rights!)

As Sophist shuffled around the corner, he froze the moment he saw Vernias clutching the letter the older one had written. Where the hell did he find that?!
"Vern, you weren't supposed to—"
In the time it took the words to leave Sophist's mouth, Vernias had already crossed the room and practically tackled the other, pressing a strong yet chaste kiss against his lips. "I like you too!" he beamed.

"Nick! Stop putting my stuff on the top shelf!" Vernias yelled at the other man in the kitchen.
Nick snickered. "Or what? You gonna come up here?"
In an instant, Vern whipped around, yanked Nick down by the front of his shirt, and planted a frustrated kiss right smack against his lips. "Or I'll drag you down where you belong!" he nearly yelled after pulling away.

"Dammit, Brent! I'm trying to say I have feelings for you!" Nick practically screamed across the room, causing the other's eyes to widen.
"Oh." Curiously, Brent approaches Nick with an unreadable expression. Only after Nick registers a warmth on his cheek and Brent's face pulling back does he realize he's been kissed. "That's good."

Sophist couldn't help but smirk as Nick looked like he wanted to murder the other. "Honestly, Nick, I was just trying to have a friendly debate over whether water was wet, and you're not even—"
The words swiftly cut as Sophist found himself with his back pressed against the wall and Nick's lips smashed against his own, knocking all of the words out of his head.
Only when Nick pulled away did Sophist remember how to open his eyes. He was greeted with the sight of an irritated Nick. "Shut the fuck up, Eevee."

"Eevee?"
"Yeah?"
"Have you ever kissed someone?"
"No. Why?"
"Me either. Everyone says it's good, though. Can I see?"
The two spend the next minute kissing. Sophist spends the five minutes after seeing stars while Brent brushes his teeth casually.

After Vernias finishes wrapping the wound, he nods approvingly at his own work. "Now, make sure not to get it wet, and tell me if it starts bleeding though, again."
Brent nods along with Vernias words. "Thanks for that. Anything else?"
Vernias pecks the injured hand with his lips before nodding approvingly once more. "That should do it."
Brent laughs. "Thanks, nurse Vernias."

"You want to kiss him so badly, i've been watching this shit for years and all you two ever did was hug."
The spirit giggled amused as Vernis rolled his eyes.
"You are such a stalker! Why can't you watch other people?!" Vernias tried to deflect, the slight blush on his cheeks didn't help.
"Because Brent doesn't watch out for cars when passing a street, Nick is the funniest and most hilarious person and I like how he knows it, and you are fascinating to look at." Sophist almost danced in the air like he was excited to talking about his point of view.
"I'm fascinating?! This sounds like we are animals in a zoo for you!" Vernias sighed but couldn't help the small giggle that escaped him.
"You are not! You guys are my favourite people!"
Silence. Vernias' giggle died out and all he did was stare at the purple ghost.
"... Can I like, hug you?" His voice was so quiet he wanted to facepalm himself.
Sophist positioned himself in front of the shorter man, his smile warm and soft. "I'm a ghost and all, but we can try!"
(Bonus:
Sophist can move objects and he uses one of Vern's plushies to hug him or give him kisses on the cheek in random circumstances.
He's also frequently playing with Brent's piplup plush. Brent doesn't notice his piplup is laying differently sometimes.
After Vern tells Brent about Sophist, Brent tries talking to the ghost and because Brent can't see nor hear him, Sophist uses objects to communicate with Brent. (Possibly mostly the piplup <33)
Because Nick doesn't believe in ghosts, Sophist causes chaos in his home to get Nick's attention and to show him that ghosts exist. Broken plates, laundry on the floor, chairs moving, cold water instead of warm and such. When Nick finally admits that "he feels haunted by a ghost" (true) Sophist stops and does nice things ("WHAT THE HELL, WHY IS MY LAUNDRY DONE?! GHOST? WAS THAT YOU, YOU BOZO?!") but he can't help messing with Nick from time to time.
