I think I’m finally beginning to break the six months of art block. Felt inspired by some worldbuilding epiphanies this week for an idea I’ve had for a couple years, and finally sat down to draw some characters from that world. Still trying to pin down a style somewhere between cartoony and realism. And I’m trying to keep the sketches really fast and loose with minimal shading, just to get the juices flowing again and focus on giving them each unique features.
From left to right, the characters below are Harth, Binu, Pandora, Naki, and Kor. Maybe I’ll do more expression sheets and character development for each of them in the future to explain who they are and what they do.
