I've noticed more naturals, especially new naturals at work. I'm a little shocked, in a happy way. #middleschool That takes COURAGE. I'm proud of them. Pretty ballsy for a 13/14 yr old with self esteem issues to chop all her hair off. When I pass one I haven't spoken to before I make sure to compliment her or ask a question and smile.
