Soft World had a couple licensed titles for the Chinese Professional Baseball League, with a third installment given plenty of advertising around this time. But for reasons lost in translation, it was never released.

According to a Facebook conversation on the issue, it appears that is was actually a modified version of Pro Evolution Soccer, and with the country entering the WTO around the time, the inevitable copyright issues led to to it being cancelled. But I'm going by machine translation so take this with grain of salt unless someone here can translate the conversation proper.
