Patton has somehow ended up in the ballpit of the Daycare in Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. He meets the Daycare Attendant for the first time, and a somewhat predictable friendship starts to unfold in a matter of minutes.
This fanfic was suggested by @evadedking. I hope you enjoy!
Patton groaned and slowly opened his eyes. Almost immediately, his eyes took in the large collection of colorful things that were clouding up his vision. All he could see was duplicates of red, blue, pink, and green in his vision. What were these things?Â
He moved his hands, and immediately felt light, round things shift and move around his hands. Confused, Patton tilted his head in pure confusion, but widened his eyes once he heard the bright things around his head start to shift and roll around as well. Finally realizing that these bright things could move when he moved his body around, he quickly started wiggling around to get out. He remembered what Logan told him about what to do if buried alive: Hold your breath, and wiggle around so that you can reach the light.Â
And it looks like Logan was 100% correct. Because not long after, the bright light finally showed itself to his eyeballs! And though it was bright, it was quite pleasing to see the light again. Quickly, Patton realized what this was: A ball pit. He tried to push himself up onto his feet, but wound up flopping back into the pile of colorful balls. Patton verbally groaned and pushed himself out of the ballpit a bit. Closer to a green cushion, Patton pulled himself up onto the cushion and let out a sigh of pure relief. He was out of the pit. Heâs okay. Heâs alright.Â
Now to focus on the next step: To find out where he was, and to figure out how he got here.Â
Patton looked around the large place, and noticed the size of this room. It was HUGE! Who was this room supposed to be for?! It looked like this room was built for kids, but the size of the room made it bigger than whatâs required for adults! He couldnât even fathom how large and closed in the room was. He felt claustrophobicâŠand yetâŠhe felt free at the same time.Â
Patton jumped out and landed on the other green cushion that was supposed to help kids get out of the ballpit. He walked up the cushion ramp and across the blue cushy ground. There was climbing equipment, slides, wooden cutouts of animal creatures (A couple of which looked familiar), and even little tables and chairs! The tables and chairs were so small, they almost couldnât fit toddlers!Â
Seriously, who was this daycare supposed to be for?!
But Patton froze in place when he saw the oversized bear stuffy in front of another piece of play equipment. He squealed, sprinted up to the bear and gave it a big hug. âOh my gosh YOUâRE SO SOOOOFT! I could just-â Patton squeezed the bear as much as he possibly could. â-SQUISH YOUR PLUSHY BELLY!â Patton shouted.Â
âHoo hoo HOO!â Something said from somewhere above him.Â
Patton turned around and looked around at the ballpit. âHuh?â Patton asked, before seeing something fall from above the ballpit.Â
Patton widened his eyes as he saw a flash of red and yellow had dove into the ballpit! And with no time to comprehend it, that same flash of red and yellow jumped out of the ballpit, and started skipping its flamboyant, abnormally thin self over to the human with the bear.Â
âHello there, new friend! Itâs so nice to meet you!â The animatronic declared. âDo you have a name? You look a little old to be in here! But donât worry! The Daycare Attendant loves new friends of ALL ages!â The animatronic declared.Â
Patton was staring at the robot that looked to be based off of the Sundrop. Patton slowly let go of the bear and walked up to the robot. âIâŠI do have a name. Itâs Patton.â Patton told him.Â
âPatton, huh? What a cute name! Hearing your name just makes me wanna pat your head!â The Daycare Attendant declared.Â
Patton looked down slightly, smiling and blushing at the robotâs little statement. âTh-Thank you.â Patton mumbled.Â
âNow tell me!â The animatronic grabbed Pattonâs shoulders. âTell me, tell me, tell me!â the Animatronic started squeezing Pattonâs shoulders a slight bit too hard. âWhat brings you to the Superstar Daycare, here in Freddy Fazbearâs Mega Pizzaplex?â The robot asked him.Â
Patton widened his eyes as he finally got a name for his location. He was in a daycare facility that was based on the Five Nights at Freddyâs Pizzeria franchise!Â
Thatâs why those animal characters looked so familiar! They were characters from the horror series! And now that he sees it, Patton quickly realized that the stuffed bear he was hugging earlier, was actually a replica of the old Freddy Fazbear model! How did he not see that before?!Â
But with this in mind, Patton couldnât help but feel his chest tighten in worry as more questions filled his mind. How did he get here? Why was this location a thing? And more importantly:Â
Is William Afton still alive?!Â
âIâŠâ Patton mumbled.Â
âAwww, You look lost. Even more lost than Alice in Wonderland!â The Daycare Attendant reacted.Â
Patton chuckled. âIâŠI certainly feel like Alice right now.â Patton admitted.Â
âSo what should we do, new friend named Patton? Can we color? Can we climb to the top of the climbers?â The Sundrop animatronic let go of Pattonâs shoulders and started jumping around and clapping his hands. âCan we play with glitter glue? Or get ice cream? Maybe even a cupcake?!â The Daycare Attendant asked, growing more and more excited by the second.Â
Patton laughed and giggled at the robot that was now acting like an excited toddler. âThose all sound great, Daycare Attendant.â Patton admitted.
âOh no no no.â The daycare attendant got closer to Patton and patted his head. âFrom now on, you can call me Sundrop!â The daycare attendant told him.Â
âSundrop?â Patton clarified.
âYes! Sundrop is the name of a candy drop with my face on, that we sell to children!â Sundrop told him.Â
Patton nodded. âI see.â He replied.Â
âItâs supposed to give kids LOTS of energy! So we can all run around and play for hours without getting tired!â Sundrop told him.Â
Patton blinked with his widened eyes, and let out more of a nervous chuckle this time. He hoped and prayed Sundrop was just over exaggerating. Because if he wasnât, then what could possibly be in those Sundrop candies that would keep kids energized for hours?!
âSo what should we do? What should we do? What should we do?!â Sundrop asked, jumping and dancing around even more.Â
âI donât know. Whatâs your favorite thing to do?â Patton asked.Â
âOh boy, thereâs so many!â Sundrop reacted. âI canât possibly pick just one!â He added.Â
âOkay. How about we color first?â Patton asked.Â
âOkay! Iâll get the crayons, the markers, and the pencil crayons!â Sundrop declared. âAnd you can get the coloring sheets! FOLLOW ME!â Sundrop started heading to a boxed climbing equipment area with a white cutout version of Chica hanging on the equipment.Â
Sundrop quickly hopped up to a gate door that blended in with the netted boards, and opened it up. With the door now open, Sundrop gently pushed Patton into the area behind the nets with the checkered floor below them. While Patton kept going, Sundrop closed the gate and hopped about to catch up to Patton. They walked past the kids' cubbies and over to a small, wooden door. Sundrop eagerly opened the door for Patton, and waved his hand into the opening. âAfter you!â Sundrop declared.Â
Patton giggled as he walked up to the open door. âThank you!â Patton said as he curtsied like a princess before entering.Â
âNoooo problem!â Sundrop declared before turning on the light and closing the door. With the light now on, Patton could see what room this was: It was an entertainment room! A room full of play equipment, coloring and crafting supplies, little plushies of the animatronics, kids masks and gloves, and even large bouncy balls and hula hoops in the corners! The room was quite big despite being filled to the brim with things. But Patton didnât care! He knew exactly where the coloring supplies were, and headed to that corner right away.Â
Patton grabbed a stack of coloring sheets and went through them. Though there were 15-20 different coloring sheet options, there were lots of duplicates of the same coloring sheet. Patton decided to grab a coloring sheet with Sundrop and a moon character on it, as well as coloring sheets of the new Chica with cupcakes, the new Freddy with the microphone, and the Bonnie coloring sheet with the bowling alley as the background!
âOOooh! Wonderful choices, Patton!â Sundrop reacted, looking over the manâs shoulder.Â
Patton chuckled and put the rest of the stack away on the shelf. âThanks! I may not color all of them right away, but weâll see how long we spend coloring.â Patton replied.Â
âOkay! I grabbed as many coloring boxes as I could carry!â Sundrop declared, showing Patton the 5 cases of coloring items.Â
Patton bursted out laughing and took a couple of the cases for him. âHere, let me help you.âÂ
Sundrop smiled with a soft reaction. âAwww, thank you.â Sundrop reacted. âThis gives me more room to carry MORE coloring supplies!â Sundrop declared as he rummaged around in the box of coloring things.Â
âWait wait- Thatâs not why I-â Patton sighed with a small smile as he watched Sundrop pick up 3 more pencil cases in his hands. While Sundrop carried 6 pencil cases out the door, Patton carried his two pencil cases and coloring sheets out of the closet and out into the daycare again.Â
When they reached the tables and chairs in the daycare, Sundrop started collecting tables and put the tables together to form one big table. Patton knelt down at the table, and laid out the coloring sheets for Sundrop and himself to color. While Sundrop opened the pencil cases and laid them down, Patton opened the pencil cases and dumped the pencil crayons and markers all over the table.Â
Patton let out a giggle as he watched pencil crayons and markers roll onto the floor. He looked up at Sundrop for approval, but wiped his own smile off his face the moment he saw Sundropâs face:Â
Sundrop was staring at Patton with what looked to be a horrified face, mixed with the âinsanityâ eyes. He was staring deeply into Pattonâs eyesâŠbefore looking down at the mess of pencil crayons and markers on the ground. âOh noâŠâ Sundropâs eyes started to glow red as he looked back up at Patton. âWhat a mess.â Sundrop said to him.Â
Unsure what to do, Patton had looked down at the pencil cases in his hands and chuckled awkwardly. âWhatâs wrong with a little mess?â Patton asked as he dropped the pencil cases onto the ground and made the âwhyâ signal with his hands.Â
Taking this as a sign that Patton was testing the waters, Sundrop took action.Â
For Patton, It all felt like slow motion. It even felt like the pencil cases did not touch the green floor until after Patton and Sundrop hit the ground first. Sundrop had tackled Patton down to the ground like a police officer would. It happened so fast, that it all felt like a blur that didnât refocus itself until a few seconds after the man had hit the ground.Â
Patton shook his head and looked up at Sundrop. âH-Hey! What was that for?!â Patton asked him.Â
âYou refuse to clean up!â Sundrop declared.
âYou didnât tell me I needed to clean up!â Patton told him, actually attempting to make sense of the situation.
âItâs time for your punishment!â Sundrop started wiggling his fingers at him.Â
Patton looked at the fingers with shock at first, before squealing. âEEEK! W-wait a minute-â Patton begged, holding up his hands in self-defense.Â
âTOO LATE!â Sundrop brought his hands down to Pattonâs belly and started tickling right away.Â
Patton practically exploded with laughter right away, trying to get Sundropâs nimble fingers away from his belly. âBWAHAhahaha! Cahahanât wehehe TAHALK FIHIHIRST!?â Patton asked.Â
âMy new friend needs to learn to clean up! And what better way to teach and discipline, then to tickle, tickle, tickle?â Sundrop declared.Â
Patton soon gave up defending himself, and instead tried to hide his laughter a little bit. But covering up his mouth would only make him look more embarrassed ăŒand more childishly adorableăŒ in Sundropâs eyes.Â
âAwww! For a fully grown child, youâre very cute! I could just squeeze you and cover you in kisses!â Sundrop reacted, stopping his tickle attack to give Patton a big hug and plant kisses all over his forehead and cheeks.Â
Patton squeaked and stuttered at first. âOhokahahay- uhuhuhâŠâ Patton had started blushing a lot.Â
Sundrop kept planting kisses on Pattonâs forehead. Even going as far as to say âI love youâ before every kiss.Â
âI love you!âÂ
*kiss*Â
âI love you!âÂ
*kiss*Â
âI love you, love you, love you!âÂ
*kiss, kiss, kiss*
Patton had begun snorting from embarrassment, which only worsened his embarrassment. âOhoho nohoho- *snort* Hehehehe! *snort* Dahahahang ihihihit!â Patton giggled, soon hanging his head in defeat.Â
âAaaand now Sunny wants to tickle you again! But for fun this time.â Sundrop declared next. Sundrop started skittering his thin, creamy yellow fingers all over Pattonâs sides and up his ribs.Â
This, naturally, caused Patton to throw his head back with newfound laughter all over again. âEEEEHEhehehehehe! Eheeheeheehee! Hohohohow ahahare you so gohohood ahat thihihis?!â Patton asked. âAhahare you buhuhuilt to tihihickle?!âÂ
Sundrop let out a slightly evil laugh. âIâm not a tickle robot, silly! Iâm a Daycare Attendant! Though, tickles are certainly part of the job description.â Sundrop told him proudly.Â
Patton closed his eyes and just let Sundrop tickle to his heartâs content. And as a result, Patton laughed as much as his body would let him. Though he had to admit, he was already a blushy mess.Â
Sundrop moved his fingers to the armpits. âHey, hey!â Sundrop stopped tickling at one point to look at Patton. âAre ya having fun yet?â Sundrop asked. He squeezed Patton a slight bit. âAre ya? Are ya?!âÂ
Patton hid his face in Sundropâs abnormally small chest. âMmmhmhmhmhmhmhmmâŠMahahaybehehehe?â Patton replied, slowly looking up at Sundrop with puppy eyes.Â
Sundrop laughed and leaned in. Patton closed his eyes, expecting another kiss on the forehead from Sundrop. But insteadâŠhe felt a metal, slightly cold forehead touch his own. Patton opened his eyes and went cross-eyed to look at the Sunâs face.Â
Sundrop was connecting foreheads and noses like a human would with their dog. Then, Sundrop gave Patton little bear kisses by moving his hard, pointy nose left and right across Pattonâs rounder, softer nose. And as if he couldnât get more cute, Patton had blushed more of a darker color of red.Â
âGoodness, I didnât know grown children could blush that color! Itâs almost likeâŠâ Sundrop looked around at the many pencil crayons and markers on the ground, and searched the floor for an accurate color. Soon, he picked up a pencil crayon and placed it up to Pattonâs face.Â
â...No, a bit darker.â Sundrop dropped the pencil crayon and looked around for another pencil crayon or marker that better suited Pattonâs cheeks. Soon, Sundrop found another marker. âHmmâŠâ He put it up against Pattonâs left cheek. âNoâŠThatâs too burgundy. Your cheeks look moreâŠâ Sundrop thought for a moment. âI donât know. Darker than my pants, but not red-brown like those hemlock trees.â Sundrop admitted.Â
Patton tilted his head. âHemlock trees?â Patton asked.Â
âTheyâre trees that had reddish-brown bark on them.â Sundrop admitted. âAh, here we are!â Sundrop picked up a marker, took off the lid and placed it to Pattonâs right cheek.Â
He drew a line on Pattonâs cheek, and gasped. âPerfect match!â Sundrop declared. He looked at the lid and read the name of the color.Â
âRV205âŠPeony! More purple than I expected, but it works!â Sundrop declared. âI guess that was the color I was missing.â Sundrop admitted.Â
Patton chuckled and blushed more. His blush seemed to slowly reach the tops of his ears, as well as the tip of his nose.Â
Sundrop giggled and drew more lines on Pattonâs cheeks, almost like drawing an anime character. âAww! So purpley!â Sundrop reacted. âPurpleâŠPurple, purple, purpleâŠwhy does that word sound familiar?â Sundrop asked next.Â
Pattonâs smile slowly dropped as he realized what Sundrop was talking about. Oh noâŠThis isnât good. Patton quickly tried to think of something. Not knowing what else to do besides tickle, Patton quickly skittered his fingers on Sundropâs belly. âUh- Look! I have an important phone call to make.â Patton told him as he started poking the buttons on his belly and sides.Â
âEEEE! EEEK! WHAHAT AHARE YOU DOHOHOIHIHING?!â Sundrop suddenly yelled.Â
Patton started making boop sounds in different tones and octaves as he poked Sundrop. âBoop! Boop, boop, boop boop, boop! BOOP!â Patton pretended to pick up the âphoneâ Hello? Hello, hello?â Patton asked.Â
Sundrop laughed from both the ticklish feeling, and from genuinely finding Patton hilarious! âHello!â Sundrop replied, pitching his voice hilariously low. âThis is the old man in your bathtub upstairs! Howâs it going down there?â Sundrop asked.Â
Patton wheezed and laughed at Sundropâs words. âThehe old man in the bathtub?! Where did you come up with that?!â Patton asked.Â
âIhiâŠWell, some little girl told me about it. She said her brother used to hide behind the cereal box and pretend to be the voice of an old man in the bathtub.â Sundrop told him. âItâs a littleâŠoddâŠbut she found it to be the best game in the world.â Sundrop told him.Â
Patton couldâve cried from how cute it was. But he quickly went back to tickling instead. âWrong number!â Patton declared, putting the âold telephoneâ down.Â
Then, Patton started poking his belly and making more sound effects. âBoop boop! Boop boop BOOP boop! Boop boop boop! bOoP!â Patton teased. âHelloooo?â Patton asked.Â
âHello, hello? Hey, youâre doing great! Most people donât last this long. I mean, you know, they usually move on to other things by now.â Sundrop declared.
Patton froze in place when he heard those words leave Sundropâs mouth.Â
OhâŠmy goshâŠ
HowâŠhow did he-Â
âHow do you know those words?â Patton asked.Â
Sundrop tilted his head. âWhat do you mean?â Sundrop asked.Â
Patton bit his lip and chuckled a bit as he shook his head to shake it off. âNothing, nothing. JustâŠDeja vu.â Patton admitted with a chuckle.Â
âAh, okay.â Sundrop replied.Â
Patton thought about what to do now. He looked around at the pencil crayons and the markers. âWelpâŠI think I learned not to make messes around you.â Patton told him. âI should probably clean up.âÂ
Sundrop almost blinked into focus again. âOkay! And then we can color?!â Sundrop asked.Â
Patton giggled. âAnd then we can color.â Patton replied.Â
Sundrop clapped his hands and got up onto his feet. âYay! Clean up! clean up!â Sundrop declared, picking up pencil crayons and markers off the ground.Â
Patton helped him clean up, and placed the coloring supplies onto the table. When everything was collected, Patton and Sundrop grabbed coloring sheets and began to color. And much to Pattonâs surprise, Patton was better at coloring than Sundrop was! Patton could soon guess that Sundrop was programmed to color as well as a toddler, so the toddlers didnât feel alone in their creative coloring styles. And Patton didnât mind that. Not one bit.Â
Hi dear! For your Spring Factions may I please have Ace and Sun Showers with a female reader? Thank you and have a great day!
Itâs been so long! Iâm so sorry! I hope this is okay! The best Sun coming up!
Spring Factions: Yonko
Ace- Sun showers
It was supposed to be a simple errand trip and yet the weather had other things planned. The heavens opened up and rain poured down like a waterfall above you. Screeching like a panicked bird you ran towards the town and thankfully managed to find a band stand in a nearby park. Seeking shelter under it even though you were already soaked to the bone. Sighing deeply you tried to ring out the bottom of your t-shirt. You hadnât even expected the shower. The sun was shining brightly overhead, with some clouds scattered around. Your ears perked up at the sound of footsteps in the growing puddles. In the distance you noticed a figure running towards you, one that became more familiar as it grew closer.Â
A broad figure stumbled up the few steps onto the band stand almost colliding with you. Without seeing the face you knew who it was by the orange hat alone.Â
âAce?â you asked, dipping to peer under the hat. He looked up at you with a bright grin.Â
âFancy seeing you here.â he said, tipping his hat only to flick water at your face. âSorry I forgot. Wait!â Ace lunged forward hugging you tightly, the feel of your wet shirt sticking to you even more made you squirm.Â
âAce! Stop! Iâm soaked-â your words fell short when a gentle warmth washed over you and in seconds you were bone dry and pleasantly warm. âOh, you know. I forget you can do that.â you chuckled, slipping your arms around him absorbing more of his warmth âso warm.â you sighed happily. Eventually you pulled away and peered out from under the bandstand âLooks like we might be here a whileâ you hummed.Â
Ace sat down in the centre of the stand and gestures for you to come join him. The minute you sat beside him, Ace snuggled up to you, yawned and rested his head on your shoulder, watching the rain still falling. âStill weird to see it sunny and raining at the same time.â he mumbled, you jumped as you felt his hand trying to wiggle into yours. Smiling, you laced your fingers with his and brought his hand to your lips to kiss. Ace turned to bury his face into your shoulder to hide his blush.Â
âI thought you were busy with Thatch today?â you asked, tilting your head to rest against his soft ebony black hairÂ
âI wanted to spend time with you,â he admitted, squeezing your hand tightly âguess we didnât really get to do anything fun.â he sighed, his body slumped with it.Â
âBut we did. I got to spend time with you and thatâs always precious to me.â you explained, planting a kiss into his hair. âLook! A rainbow!â you announced excitedly, pointing up with your free hand. Ace glanced up from your shoulder. The rain still poured and with the sunâs aid, a bright rainbow stretched across the blue sky. âItâs beautiful.âÂ
âYeah,â you looked at Ace and your heart started beating faster, Ace was looking up at you lovingly, he wasnât concerned about the rainbow at you. âNothing is more beautiful than you.â he said firmly, moving to capture your lips in a soft kiss before nuzzling into your neck and falling asleep. You were shocked, for a moment you thought that sweet kiss was but a dream but then again, all his kisses left you feeling like that. Chuckling quietly to yourself, you stroked Aceâs hair and looked out at the rain. Alone under this little bandstand, made you feel like there was nothing but the two of you in the world. Nothing that could harm this precious smiling sun that you loved so much.
