Soft!Dark!Loki would be your friend first and not directly confess. His overbearing protectiveness and constant checking in on you would have you questioning his motives. Soft!Dark!Loki would gaslight himself into thinking that he had a regular crush on you but that all changed the more he’d see you interacting with Mobius.
Soft!Dark!Loki would tell you that he had been "assigned" to every one of your solo TVA missions as backup. However, you found out a few weeks down the line that he was lying. Soft!Dark!Loki doesn't like it when you start distancing yourself from him and resorts to moving into the room across from your living quarters.
Due to Loki constantly following you everywhere, you left early to one of your missions, deliberately making sure to not go to your normal hang-out spots. You vanish and minutes pass, the worry growing in Soft!Dark!Loki 's mind as he searches for you in multiple places. His heart beat rapidly when he could not find an atom of your presence anywhere. Rushing towards your mission location, Soft!Dark!Loki 's heart broke when he found your unconscious body on scene. While you were still healing from your injuries, you randomly caught a cold and Soft!Dark!Loki slept beside you all day and night to make sure nothing happened to you.
