Best cybernetic upgrade you would definitely make to your body?
Hmm, cybernetics.
Okay, so I do like the idea of body modification. However, that does tend towards the biological side of things, or magical energy stuff if fantasy counts. Mechanical stuff doesn't tend to be my first bet, but I do see the appeal. Alright. So...
Something for my throat, I think. I've thought about some kind of second pseudo tongue down there for whenever food gets stuck(far too often, and yes I chew) so I don't choke. Again. Probably wouldn't use metal for that, but I'm sure there's something that could work.
Perhaps some sort of device that could monitor my internal organs and adjust/assist their functions? Sort of crossing into biological territory here, but I feel that would be very convenient for some things. Wouldn't have to refill my medicines every few months too.
Giant attachable mechanical wings. Obviously.
Not sure about additional arms, but a prehensile tail could prove useful(and cute). Especially if it can shoot lasers.
That's about it, I'd say. I do like a lot of my body, so I wouldn't go super far into the mechanical stuff, but I can certainly see some additions worth considering.
