Oscar will frequently come sit in front of my monitor when I'm trying to work. Sometimes he'll just perch on the mousepad, but other times he'll bat at the screen or walk across the keyboard repeatedly.
Ignoring him doesn't work, because he'll stay there for hours, so I've started picking him up like a baby and smooching him while he fumes at the indignity. He doesn't usually like being picked up, so he'll run away as soon as I release him, but I've noticed he's becoming much more regular in his visits to my desk, which makes me think he's secretly getting exactly what he wants.

I learn to take good photos of people. So I hate it when I have other people take photos of me. I can’t do it myself because I run from my phone to my camera. But I also can’t trust anyone else because they just want to have a photo of me and get it over with. But there’s no art in it for them. So when I want to take good photos they just don’t FUCKING CARE and it drives me crazy.
