When I first thought this up, I honestly did not think so many people would participate! The turnout was fantastic, and so were your contributions.

Hey everyone! 

As I’m sure you all remember, the last Jonmund Week event was a full success! So, we thought about having more events this year, first of which will be a summer one held in August, specifically the 24th of August to the 30th! 

And no better day to announce it than the anniversary of the end of the series and of our boys riding together into the sunset!

How to Participate?

We're giving you about 3 months for preparations! Be it art, fic, a list of headcanons or imagines. Moodboards? hell yeah. Nsfw? Sure, go nuts.

The rules are that everything you make has to be consensual, and to tag everything accordingly so people may avoid possible squicks and triggers!

Jonmund has to be the main pairing!  

When you post, be it on Tumblr, Ao3 or elsewhere, please remember to

tag it as #jonmundsummer2020, (same on ao3)

tag the specific day (#day1, #day2) and to

tag @jonmund-week so that we can see and reblog your entry.

Day 1: Day at the ocean (24.08.2020)

i.e. : swimming clothes, skinny-dipping (swimming naked), cocktail bars, sunbathing, collecting seashells, building a sandcastle, eating ice cream, watersports, sun-screen

Day 2: Quarantine Day: (25.08.2020)

i.e. : summer in quarantine, trying to deal with the heat while not being able to go out, walking around the house naked, BBQ on the balcony, summer makeovers (changing hairstyles, getting a tattoo)

Day 3: Summer Nights (26.08.2020)

i.e. : watching the sunset together, camping, stargazing, catching fireflies, bonfire, there was only one bed, sweaty makeout sessions, tents

Day 4 : Summer traditions (27.08.2020)

i.e. : cultural events, summer solstice, midsummer day, fireworks, pride parades, celebrating traditional holidays

Day 5 : In Canon:  (28.08.2020)

i.e. : summer in the north, end of winter, free folk summer clothes, visiting Dorne, Jon finally getting warm, exploring the lands of always winter now that the walkers are gone

Day 6: Hazy Days: (29.08.2020)

i.e. : hosting a barbecue, relaxing in a hammock, thunderstorms; out in the rain, picnics, treehouses, spending the day in bed because its too hot to move

Day 7: Alternate Universe Day: (30.08.2020)

i.e. : Merman AU, Pirate AU, going to Dorne AU, Summer Camp AU, Lifeguard AU, meet-cute at the hotel AU
