The smell of St. Peter at the gates of heaven as he reads off to you your mortal sins, and you slowly realize your eternal damnation has already been determined 😏😏🫦
hiii maggie, i love this oneee hahahah!!
gonna work with a layering combo once again to get the vaguely divine vibe and then something sinister slowly creeping in:
baptisma by chapel factory (bergamot, verbena, ginger, neroli, jasmine, milk, moss, incense, white musk) reads pretty innocent thanks to the lactonic notes and florals, but there’s already a hint of incense lurking underneath. everything still feels hopeful. st. peter is smiling. surely this is going well.
and then, for the slow sinking feeling of realising where this conversation is headed, we add a little spritz of amoral by pernoire (lime, black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, plum, violet, iris, oud, nagarmotha, orange blossom, ambergris, sandalwood, tonka bean) — maybe at the back of the neck so you only catch the occasional whiff when you turn your head. thanks to the oud, spices and ambergris it’s a pretty dark and heavy scent.
at first it’s just a faint sense of unease. then st. peter says “now, regarding your works on ao3…” and it’s over for you.
give me a vibe, an aesthetic, a character, a song, a place, or literally any stray thoughts and i’ll assign you a perfume <3
