               IT’S  BEEN  A  HECTIC  DAY  OF  BULLET  WOUNDS   &   EXPLOSIONS ,  A  HEIST  GONE  SHOCKINGLY  BADLY  and  none  making  it  out  alive  with  the  money.  a  disappointment  all  around  and  the  crew  resigned ,  instead ,  to  little  RECOVERY  time   //   namely  ——  a  well - deserved  nap  planned  for  all.  ryan  had  been  taken  out  a  little  earlier  than  the  others     (   somewhat  EMBARRASSING  dive  off  a  bridge   )     and  turns  up  at  the  penthouse  to  see  ray  already  sprawled  out  on  the  couch.     “   so  that  fucking  sucked  and ,  uh ,  don’t  you  dare  mention  me  falling  off  a  bridge.   ”     doesn’t  offer  a  greeting  as  he  walks  in   //   wants  to  get  that  out  of  the  way  as  SOON  as  possible.  the  heist  went  shit  ——  best  not  to  talk  about  it.  he  kicks  off  his  shoes  at  the  door   &   walks  over  to  ray ,  holds  up  the  carrier  bag  he’s  brought  with  him.     “   and  i  WILL  buy  your  silence  with  ice  cream.  the  others  back  yet   ?   ”

   ❛ ☠ —       Contacted hues snapped up to the rear-view mirror, watching the ESCAPE OPPORTUNITY open up with the pursuers stopped. There might’ve been the hint of a smirk on his own features at that, pulling the car into a more cruise-like speed.       ❝ -—- They say practice makes perfect.❞        Evidently, despite being chased by the police (yet again) and having the MARKS to match before he got into the car, he was in a good mood. Ryan adjusted himself when the other reached to turn off the police lights & siren, giving a short lived ‘could’ve asked’ and a glance. HOWEVER, at the mention of ‘getting home without breaking the law’, there stemmed a slight chuckle from him.          ❝ -—- Dang. It was a waste I planted those sticky bombs then.❞

               HE’S  CONFUSED  FOR  A  LONG  MOMENT  AS  HE  WATCHES.  CONFUSED  at  seeing  a  face  so  familiar  to  him  but  . . .   nothing  else  about  it  familiar  AT  ALL.  clothes  unlike  x - ray’s  usual  costume   //   stance   &   attitude   &   everything  about  him  like  a  total  STRANGER.  but  . . .   it  must  be  him ,  surely   ??     but  his  uncertainty  is  so  great  that  he  keeps  his  distance  for  a  while.  until  the  stranger  with  x - ray’s  face  runs  into  the  road  ——  pulls  someone  from  their  car ,  and  this  MYSTERY  becomes  too  great  for  mogar  to  ignore.  there’s  a  graceful  leap  down  from  the  rooftop  he’d  been  perched  on  and  then  he  strides  towards  the  other.  addresses  him  without  greeting.     “   WHAT  ARE  YOU  DOING   ?!   ”
