Okay so I am attempting my first ever fanfiction lol basically I wanted more yandere Itachi... This is my intro??? I wanna make it dark as it goes along. Posting here to see if I can get any feedback??
Summary "Sakura is a clanless healer, mostly invisible in a world ruled by noble families. Or so she thought. When the Uchiha clan demands her service, refusing isn't an option. She finds calm, calculating Itachi to ensure she complies, whether she wants to or not. Her obedience isn't required."
The clinic smelled faintly of herbs and antiseptic; clean, controlled, and predictable. Exactly how Sakura enjoyed it. Helping people when they were holding onto their last shred of hope was her source of joy. Until one day, words disrupted her rhythm she fought so hard to maintain.
"You've been summoned"
She whirled around to come face to face with Itachi Uchiha himself. His presence was suddenly overwhelming. She had received a few letters from the Uchiha clan to come visit their territory the past few months. However, she dismissed the idea so quickly, she could hardly remember the reason why. "Let us leave in the morning, it will give you time to pack what you need."
She stood dumbfounded in her place. "Wait, I can't just leave here just because some clan asks me too. I have patients who rely on me here."
"You misunderstand. That wasn't a request."
Sakura felt her face growing warm as her temper started to bubble over. She wasn’t even sure how the Uchiha clan found her out here in no clans land to start with. The only clans she spent time with were mainly the Senju or Uzumaki thanks to her studying under Tsunade. “You can’t tell me what to do! I don’t know what part of I have patients you misunderstood, but I am staying right here and that is final.”
Itachi’s gaze lingered on her, piercing yet unreadable. He took a step closer, the air seemed to escape through her lips, and he gently tucked a stray hair behind her ear. “You’ll find it simpler to comply Sakura. However, resisting will make things more entertaining for me.”
A chill ran down her spine. No malice was in his voice, only a gentle certainty. A gentle reassurance that she did not want.
He turned then, fluidly, like a shadow slipping out of her life as fast as he came into it. When she heard the click of the door shutting behind him, she felt she could breathe again. She sank into the nearest chair, trembling with both fear and rage. Who did this man think he was to just barge into her clinic and make outrageous demands like that? That wasn’t a request kept echoing in her mind. A silent promise or just an empty threat… Sakura wasn’t sure she wanted to find out.
