i DEFINITELY lost the ask that this correlated with (probably because it was from like moon 21) but i've gotten a few inquiries now about Night Rain, especially pertaining to her other parent.

while no cat but Evening Fire knows the story of their other parent, his deputy Squirreltail recounts the day Night Rain was brought to the Clan. this likely takes place sometime in the mid to late 20s, shortly after Night Rain's attempt on Mulberry's life.

This is probably right after he tells Rustlepaw to go onto the thunderpath.

Unfortunately, I'm thinking about not continuing SmokeClan. I'm not really invested in it anymore and I barely planned ahead for the plot. I started a different clangen comic recently and I enjoy making that one more. I have one page left in my backlog so I'll upload it tomorrow.

A large overgrown forest. Very little sun reaches the forest floor, sheltered by the tree canopy. Boarders filled with stray kittypets and loners from the nearby Twolegplace. Scraps and decaying buildings scatter across the forest floor.

Mapping out my clans family trees has been almost as much fun as the actual game

I know there's a family tree for every cat in the game already, but I wanted to map it in a way that would let me see the development of the whole clan over time in one picture.

This way, I can also add in other information like roles, genders, and ages as well
