Throwback to when the smoke detector started to beep at 4 am so I had to change the battery & I don't own a ladder
@piiigeon-art helped keep the chair stable (not pictured was a ottoman we put on the chair cause the arms of the chair weren't tall enough...we're dumb ok
evil smoke detector that's contantly beeping and only stops when it detects smoke
smoke and fire
They then decided they needed to attach the smoke detector to something that real life would have it set off.

Ok fire fighter side of tumblr… wtf is going on?
A few days ago one of my smoke (not a carbon monoxide) detectors went off randomly in the morning. Brand new. Not wired in and new batteries. No humidity. No smoke, no steam, no food cooking, literally nothing going on. I ended up moving it out to the porch because it kept going off after I stopped it. Two minutes ago, another one did the same thing. Again, no smoke, not even that humid, etc. This one is a completely different brand and down the hallway from where the other one was. Both are brand new photo electric ones. I have no idea wtf is going on but it’s alarming me? (Pun intended)
