It has 2 stories.

There's a nice little kitchen with a full-size stove.

Seating area has the ships wheel. And, she has 40 windows for lots of natural light.

Look at how nice the rounded ceiling is.

There's living room seating and a built-in dining area.

It looks like new.

Stairs to the 2nd level.

Then, in the loft, this ladder goes up to a hatch that opens to the rooftop deck.

The lofted bedroom and you can see the hatch.

It's very compact.

On the other side of the loft, they have a home office.

Up on the roof.

And, here's the compact corner bath.

It has the most unique look next to all the other boats.

This is pretty.

And, there's even a little yard area.

It's not as crowded as other moorings I've posted. I like its location better than the boats parallel parked along the side.

It would be a perfect little home for a single person or a couple.
