Don't be the person who moves into a new neighborhood and start bitching and complaining about the neighbors who have been there for years...maybe even decades.
20 minutes ago, there were two guys across the street. They were looking at an apartment that the slumlord is trying to rent out. Slumlord because he rents to anyone who can pay Cash.. probably an under the table type of contract too, so one doesn't have to pay taxes upon it.
They were bitching and complaining loudly about my security camera... Pointing at it too, which is how I knew what they were talking about. I have had the camera(s) for years. One in front, 3 on the side. After my bully neighbor started threatening me.
They were just looking at this apartment and were already bitching about the neighbors...me
This slumlord is from Russia, he rents to druggies, and people who ran an illegal animal hospital out of the apartment. I still remember the day that the ASPCA had come with cops, removed animals in crates, and garbage bags.
The yard hardly gets worked done They had garbage bags laid down to be "Grass". Eventually, like a year, they did lie mulch down. But it was an eye sore for months.
Yeah. Don't be the newbie complaining about neighbors that live in the houses for years. It just makes you look bad.
There was an article this week where in London, Muslims were building their Mosques next to decade old pubs and they (Muslims) immediately start bitching about the pubs. How it was unorthodox to have a pub right next to a Mosque. I mean the pub was there for decades.

Let's examine this for a moment: - Someone obviously familiar with the PissedConsumer website, yet commenting as a guest. Why are you hiding? - Attempting to claim I look desperate by outing what Siegel Suites did in detail, when the reality is that I look prepared and like I'm holding a powerful case that is very well documented. - Acting like showing this much of my hand (that review isn't even my full hand XD) matters in a case this well documented where the defending party literally cannot win. - So you read a review full of details regarding a building that is literally a collapse risk, an illegal eviction, and a denial of a reasonable accommodation by a predatory landlord, and the only thing you can think to do is attack the reviewer for leaving the review? Yeah, that's not fishy at all >.> - "Coming here to a third party website" as opposed to going to which website? Hmm? Yours? Don't think I don't see you. Thank you for letting me know that I'm getting under your skin! You wouldn't be trying to discourage me otherwise~! XD It also doesn't matter if that site "accomplishes that", it's another part of public record and serves as a much needed warning for anyone thinking of renting from Siegel Suites. Unlike the people who run the Siegel Group, I actually care if someone else gets stuck in a death trap or not. I am ethically obligated to warn people about the practices of this company so long as said practices are not remedied. I would also like to note how the overuse of quotation marks in a practice known as "Scare Quotes" and the direct sentence structure found in this comment are both very interesting typing quirks, one could almost call them a recognisable linguistic signature.
So on today's shit list:
The landlord didn't clear the snow out of the back driveway/parking. So now we're having to shovel it ourselves after the car got stuck.

Welp.
My landlord is being a fuckhead again.
My brother called him about my paperwork (need the landlord's signature), and instead of being like 'yeah whatever' they go off on the garbage and rent. Basically asking if I 'took out the garbage already' and if we were suddenly going to stop paying rent.
My brother asked what the garbage had to do with it, and obviously my brother is the one paying the rent/bills so he confirmed that the rent was still coming (it's the beginning of the month and he already paid it off).
Hopefully the landlord will stop by so I can give them the paper to sign, but I also have my nurse in the loop because when I needed their signature before (when I was 16) they skipped out on doing it and instead told me to get a job. Which led to them getting no rent money from us for almost four whole years.
This time they will be FORCED to sign, they won't get out of it like before and hopefully I'll get benefits this time. But goddamn it, my landlord is a real shithead.
