Wanted to tell you about my favorite restaurant.

It’s in Palermo and it’s called Grand Dabbang.

I feel it’s a lot like our friendship. Small and cozy, 

cool but warm, no reservations.

It’s not Indian cuisine per se, it’s Argentinian

not in that abounds in asados, milanesas or

canelones de la abuela,

I mean it’s Argentinian in that it’s a melting pot

of flavors, cultures, identities. 

It´s more than just tango and gauchos,

it´s got a bit of a Peruvian flair, some Brazilian

swing, a little Italian too, sure, 

but it’s hard for me to tell because

who cares about borders anyway.

It’s a bit like us. Spicy curry, fresh mint 

and corderito tikka masala that doesn’t come 

with a side of basmati, but still smells 

literally WHAT the fuck
