Breakfast this morning was waffles! I find adding the milk makes them get a milky scum line at the bottom so I added less today where there was egg anyway and it was much nicer. I added cinnamon and vanilla essence and then topped off with 1/2 syn Walden farms sauce. Dinner was roast chicken leg with the fat removed, actifry potatoes and veg. 2 syn yorkie and 2 syns gravy. Been over syns today but it’s almost THAT time of the month and I’m bloated and hangry 24/7 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also rip actifry. It’s served us well almost 2 years daily! This is 40g of chocolate chip weetabix minis for 1 of my heb with 100ml semi-skimmed milk from hea. It’s a TINY amount. So if you’re struggling and wondering why the weight isn’t coming off, and you’re not accurately weighing your healthy extras this could be why. The portion id have actually poured myself weighed 76g and it wasn’t a large bowlful still! For me 40g isn’t enough to feel full so I don’t usually have cereal but I really fancied it with hot milk this morning, and actually it stemmed my hunger until now so maybe I should stop being so greedy with some of my portions. I mean, I survived a whole 4.5 hours on this size portion and nothing bad happened.
