Symbiosis International (deemed) University on Thursday declared the results of Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) on its official website.  Candidates who have appeared in the SLAT 2020 examination can check their results online at set-test.org.The SLAT 2020 exam was conducted from July 26 to 28, 2020. The SLAT exam is held for admission in Symbiosis Institutes in Pune, Hyderabad, Noida and Nagpur in various programmes. Symbiosis International University (SIU) has announced the revised exam date for Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) and, this year the exam will be held on May 31 in a remotely proctored mode. This means the test-takers would be able to take the examination from their home through a link shared by the university. The invigilators will monitor the candidates taking the exam via webcams. Moreover, the exam pattern of SLAT 2020 has been changed drastically for the current academic year. There will be less number of questions for SLAT 2020 and a Writing Ability Test (WAT) of 30 minutes carrying subjective type of questions. The WAT part will be active after 90 minutes of test completion. The last date of application for SLAT 2020 has been extended until May 20 as many candidates faced difficulty in registration. Symbiosis International University (SIU) has postponed the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2020, which was scheduled for May 2. The decision to postpone the exam has been taken due to Coronavirus pandemic and lockdown. SLAT 2020 is the latest to join the list of law entrance exams including, CLAT 2020, AILET 2020, LSAT India 2020, MH CET Law 2020, AMU BA LLB Exam 2020, BHU BA LLB/ LLB exam etc. that have been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak. The exam authority has not shared the exam date and related events of SLAT 2020 yet, however, it is expected to be announced soon.
