Thank you! I put a great deal of thought into the relationship writing since that's the heart of the game, and because it took so many years you can see it evolve over the course of the narrative. Though I think that ultimately works in the story's favor, since it's kind of an adult coming-of-age story for Melody. She's effectively speedrunning what I learned about relationships in my 20s.

would you be able to choose at the start again, or would it be an "everything is canon" kinda deal? or perhaps something not listed here?

This is something I'd only really decide on when actually sitting down to make a sequel, which will surely happen someday but isn't what I'm working on right now. But at the moment I'd definitely want to do it in a way that doesn't declare any one choice from the original The Canon One. Letting players pick again and retroactively declare what her original choice was would be the easiest option. But there's also the possibility of saying that Melody continued to experiment with different specializations in the time between games, and by that point she's dabbled in all three.
