Full glad he is that they came out safely from the now ruined main bridge of the final internment hulk. Seeing the skies of Northern Thanalan gave feelings of relief immeasurable. While the danger presented by their shared ardous journey brought them shaking to their knees, he couldn’t deny the thrill that came alongside it. The excitement knowing that they’ve conquered a powerful foe and have felled it.

He grabbed his companion and tossed their arm over his shoulder. He’s struggling to walk himself, but it’s no excuse to not be of any assistance. Besides, they’ve entered this battle together. It is only right that they leave it the same way.

Expressions passed across his face, but like any other, they were a challenge to be read. “We never were,” he repeated, convinced of the same notion, if only to a certain degree.
