This month has been a roller coaster in terms of my mental health. And it’s getting worse every day. I try so hard to cope with these emotions but I’m struggling so badly. I’m losing sleep thanks to the nightly panic attacks and my overall nervous system just going into overdrive. I try and limit my social media use so that way I don’t get myself triggered by certain topics and people but alas the need for short term dopamine is strong. I miss my online friends despite being so busy and I had to cut ties with an irl friend because he caused me so much mental anguish when we dated years ago. Ugh now I’m sitting in my bed ruminating on what would happen if I die tomorrow because god I’m so fucking lonely. I hate this so much I feel like im gonna lose it at this rate. I feel my sense of control is slipping no matter how much I try to circumvent it. It fucking sucks I hate it I Hate it I hate it…
I just wanna sleep at this point. Ugh…
