Skip: Children
From a young age, Skip had desired to have a family of his own, and when he married Walda, he was eager to start trying. However, his wife was found to be barren (truthfully, ironically enough), and both of them grieved for their lost chance of parenthood. Now Skip (embittered still by his wife's infertility and her untimely death) openly scorns children in the street, especially those that bear any kind of resemblance to his late wife.
