I really wanna know what Hater’s line of reasoning for this scenario was. Does he think Wander *wants* to marry him? Does he think Wander would be willing to marry him simply to thwart his evil plans (I mean true I guess)? If so, why did he imagine the little kiss and love hearts lmfao. Instead of the more simple scenario of “Wander rescues the princess” he jumps straight to “Wander was the princess” like what 😭

I’ve been reading through a ton of Skeleton Dance fics and there’s been this persistent theme in a lot of them that Hater fears Wander would leave him if he ever stopped being evil and I dunno… I find that so interesting. Cause I can kinda see the logic there, it’d be easy to look at Major Threat and be all like “well he left him in his own galaxy! And who knows how many others!” — there’s also something I saw recently from a member of the team, where they said Wander leaves galaxies after making friends like he’s an ice cream man? Or something like that

I get the impression that in Skeleton Dance, Hater’s perspective is focused on a lot. Which does make sense, after all it would take an incredible amount of change and emotional turmoil for him to be in a situation where he’d realize any feelings for Wander. But I also find myself interested in what it would take for Wander to actually stay for someone, to on some level prioritize his more “selfish” desires.
