This is how the party is going so far.

Hiromi met Haruno again, as she was invited for Kojiro's birthday and this time he took the step to talk to her.

Kojiro's family has come to the birthday party too. Grandfather Nishimura; on his mother's side; is looking at the gifts on tables and wondering if they're props or if they have given so many things to his grandson. Meanwhile, Nanjo's grandfather; on his father's side; is talking to his grandson Kotaro, Kojiro's older brother, who wishes he was somewhere else, as he keeps asking him if he ever plans to have children of his own with a good wife, besides being a pediatrician.

On the other hand Reki is a bit furious about not being able to talk to Langa's mother, as it seems she met a lot of people at the party. So he's having a hard time approaching her and starting a conversation. Every time he tries to talk to her, someone else again starts talking to her and he gets a little frustrated. For his part Langa tells him not to worry, that if he can't talk to her now, he can always talk to her after the party is over, or another day when he comes to visit her at their home. While Kaoru, the situation amuses him more than it should.

Outside, Kaoru's parents went out for a while to get some fresh air while talking about how close their son and Kojiro-kun seem to be, fighting like in childhood, but always together. Also Langa's mother has finally approached the young Diet member Shindo Ainosuke-sama and hasn't hesitated for a minute to ask him to sign a photograph. While Tadashi feels satisfied with the situation and grandfather Nishimura eats a piece of matcha tea cake.

Although some are already eating the cake, others are still eating the food.

Mission completed! Reki has managed to talk to Langa's mother.

Before being transferred, she met Langa's mother, Nanako, at the hospital where works as a nurse, after an incident with a young flower shop employee, who was beaten with a baseball bat and Kiriko helped to take him to the hospital. Since they met, have become friends and from time to time they see each other and/or talk on the phone. Since that day Kiriko also started to investigate unofficially to find the possible suspect of the bat beating and the unwritten cause in the investigation report of the event, although she hasn-t yet found anything that could lead her to a solid idea and is therefore in cold water.
