2019. 

The last time they had gathered like this was before Kyu joined the army. Nara wasn't there at the time because they had decided to immortalize it in a live broadcast, and during her hiatus, she refused to appear in any media of that kind.

However, now she was sitting in the restaurant, one of the first to arrive. She greeted all the staff and sat down on one of the benches, close to one of the grills but far enough away to indicate that she would not be cooking – which everyone was grateful for because, even though it was a type of entertainment that everyone would like to see, they were not expecting a culinary accident that day. 

It was good to be together, as they hadn't been in a long time. There were 10 of them now, and from the looks of it, that's how it would stay.

They laughed and joked among themselves, as if the camera wasn't even there. It was like being back in school and having all your friends meet up at recess to eat.

“We could have a day of physical activity,” Shindong said. Each of the members had dedicated themselves to taking care of their health, considering that they were getting old.

“Count me out,” Nara muttered automatically.

Ryeowook laughed loudly, with that scandalous intonation, which drew more laughter from the members. Nara smiled, finding that laughter too funny, and took another piece of meat from the grill. 

“Where's the Nara who told kids to play sports and be healthy?” Eunhyuk asked, remembering the time when she recorded Kid's Planet and gave educational advice during the program. 

Nara raised her eyebrows and shrugged as she chewed her food, as if she didn't know where that Nara was and, to tell the truth, she didn't care at all. Donghae, next to her, couldn't stop laughing and clapping, occasionally slapping his friends sitting close. 

“All the kids from that time have grown up now,” Kyuhyun added, and Nara agreed with him, nodding her head. 

“If we're going to have a physical activity day, we'd better exclude Nara. She holds the record for worst athlete in ISAC,” Heechul said, his lips curving into a smile before he even finished the joke. 

Leeteuk, who was chewing, almost choked as he continued laughing. As the leader, he was responsible for coordinating the conversation and discussing the topics on the spreadsheet, but while the others discussed their own problems and made jokes, he couldn't help but eat (and, in this situation, burst out laughing). 

“ME?” Nara raised her voice in surprise. “Shindong literally pretended to faint during the race, and I'm the worst competitor to date?”

The laughter, especially from Ryeowook, Shindong's official hate sniper, increased. Shindong looked at Nara in shock.

“Why are you throwing me to the wolves?” Shindong asked, questioning Nara about her position. 

Everyone remembered those competitions in ISAC; some had enjoyed the games and the adrenaline rush, while others had just gone to make an appearance and chat with other idols, promoting themselves in front of the cameras with their immense beauty. It had been good, it was always good, to talk to people outside their bubble. 

“Let's bring Minho here to compete against the two of them,” Yesung suggested. 

Kyuhyun got up from the bench and leaned toward Yesung, giving him a high five. He knew Minho didn't like Nara, but that would only make his friend even more competitive to beat her, which would make the competition even better. 

On the other hand, both she and Shindong gave him a furious look, it was a warning. Better for Yesung to keep quiet before they started making fun of him. 

Nara held the spoon to scoop some rice from the side dish bowl. “For your information, I'm very good at other things. I just don't really like physical activity...” she complained.

“And you chose to be a dancer?” Kyu asked, raising his eyebrow. 

The whole table started laughing, while Nara just looked at the camera with an expression of disbelief – and thank goodness she remembered they were being filmed. If they had been really relaxed, just among themselves, she would have already cursed Kyu with hundreds of swear words. 

Heechul, probably the one who had missed her the most during Super Junior's meetings, was also the one laughing the loudest among everyone. Nara noticed this and couldn't help but slap Heechul's arm a few times. How dare he? He was worse than her.

“Teuk, make her stop!” he shouted, pretending to be hurt even though it didn't hurt at all.
