I've been wondering for while now on the origins of Six Changers (in-universe), and TFWiki hasn't been much help.
So, I've come here to ask my questions.
Are Six Changers the products of Experiments or Naturally Forged? If Naturally Forged, would their ability to have six modes be considered an Outlier?

Indeedβa great and noble universe with a few differences to the OG World from which it sprang, and which you may be more familiar with.
It's hard to judge what humans may be interested in, but here are a handful of those differences:
The Mercenary Sixshot completely abandoned the Six Clan, and went into seclusion. His own son, Sixshot Junior, joined the Autobots, and was instrumental in helping with the Masterforce War. Following his sonβs untimely death, Sixshot himself sided with the Autobots, using his new body to seek revenge.
Due to Optimus Prime's great deeds in saving Earth, there was a period where many humans took to naming their children after the hero. One of the humans bearing his name was eventually chosen to receive the transtector built in the image of the Autobot leader.
During the period where Grimlock was affected by anti-electrons, he created the Trainbots instead of the Technobots. In homage to their creator, the team named their combined form after him.
