detail i’ve only just noticed about the two doctors is that an hour after meeting jamie sixie makes an effort to make himself look like two. the unbuttoned shirt, the loose waistcoat, losing the overcoat. he wants to look like two! he wants jamie to see him as the doctor he knew!
you could be boring and say that six did this because spain is hot but time lords canonically have higher resistances to cold and heat (as proven by this very story in the scenes in dastari’s office!) so no its to be gay x
