The Global Effective Fund is an agreement by the members of the Allied Effective to designate 5-10% of their military might to the collective organization. It will serve as a force tasked with protecting threatened members regardless of circumstance. The Global Effective Militia allows for the members of the Allied Effective to pledge military aid to the other members without directly declaring war or joining a conflict.

An attack on any Allied Effective soil will not only be met by the Global Effective Militia, but the full might of the entire Allied Effective.” - Ikaroa Storinka

The navy, infantry, and air force will be run by the most qualified commanders in the Allied Effective. The militia will be split up between the various bases owned by the Effective. Several military bases are being set up all across Ulina in order to better project the Allied Effective’s power, as well as to protect its assets.

One such military base is being set up by the Korlanic government on the island of Deagua as part of a deal between the two nations. The Deaguan base will serve as an important naval base in asserting further control on southern Ailou, as well as protecting Galindia from attacks from the south.

The bases in Ailou serve the purpose of protecting and potentially blocking trade throughout the continent if needed, as well as projecting its influence throughout the eastern Peecific and Samudric seas. 

The Tokai bases serve to project influence into the East Samudric. They will also be used to defend the Tokai Federation from the Southern Alliance members of Uraj Ah and Rheasilvia. 

The Kanitan bases serve to defend the Allied Effective assets in Kanita from the Union of Kanitan Countries. The inland base in Kladiow serves to house nuclear and herbicide bombs, which will be used if needed.

Lastly, the base in Pulunadu serves to project power in the western Peecific. It will also act as a rest stop and as the sole Effective base in Zapita.
