Went roller skating earlier at a local skate park and totally ate concrete ( not even while I was wearing my skates mind you ) and now I have two big scrapes that hurt :[
I HAVE BEEN TRACKING HOW LONG IT TAKES SOMEONE TO CHECK THEIR PHONE AFTER SITTING DOWN. THE AVERAGE IS 43 SECONDS. I AM ALSO ON MY PHONE.
Reading on the bus stop sidewalk in front of the farmers market feeling like a filthy hipster
Relax, take a break, sit down and clear your thoughts! Is so necessary for a healthy life.

I guess sitting down too long makes her very fat and sexy
My old routine was to sit with my legs always crossed when I went to sit down in our really old recliner. That was definitely bad for my leg muscles or whatever. But now that I'm trying to break that habit, I have a new and equally bad habit. I keep pressing my right foot to my left leg, or vice versa. That sounds fun, you might say. But listen: I'm pressing a sock covered foot to a bare leg. I'm pretty sure I'm close to giving myself rashes because of this.
I still cross my legs a lot too, by the way. I know I probably shouldn't, but I can't help it. So most of the time my legs are either crossed or they're brushing up against each other, and I don't think either option is really all that pleasant to deal with. Risk a rash or constantly being cross legged. Either way, I'm going to be messing myself up in some way. But my brain can't seem to think of any other seating positions.
