Sio Bibble was a human and governor of Naboo during the Trade Federation invasion of the planet. A philosophy teacher nominated for the position by King Veruna, he helped prepare Queen Amidala for her responsibilities following the king’s abdication. Bibble served on the Royal Advisory Council through the Clone Wars. Bibble strongly believed that communications disruptions meant certain invasion.
