My face when I read articles on the Internet about romance and how the "average person" has at least 7 romantic relationships within their lifetime.
Meanwhile, my aroace ass who's never held hands or has ever reached any kind of romantic stage in my life, ever:
(Unless you count the 7 one off coffee dates I've had with one pan woman and 6 straight dudes who all ghosted me immediately afterwards. Huh.)
(Well, to also elaborate the pan girl said "thanks, but no thanks" but was very polite about it, there was the one Hindu guy who was an adrenaline junkie and a veggie. I'm cool with that, except I don't like crazy upside down fast rides. I'm a huge wimp. Also he asked three times if he was invited for Christmas?? One guy said he wanted to see me more but went back home to Guyana, other guy who was probably autistic again I'm cool with that but he ghosted me, and the last guy had fake photos, was from Sri Lanka and pinged my bi dar at the very least.)
Edit: omg how did this blow up. Also, I'm at the very most biromantic aroace and I'm open to dating girls too. Qpr if possible. But yeah, I have no rizz, bi, lesbian or otherwise.
So my current record is 7 one off coffee dates within two years and having nothing else before or since on or offline lol.
