Brindleton Bay Makeover – My Plan!
I’ve been working on a plan to give Brindleton Bay a fresh makeover, and I wanted to share my ideas! 🏡✨ Residential lots are marked in red, and haunted residential lots are in purple. There are 12.5 residential homes: 5 standalone houses, a 6-unit apartment building, a haunted house, and Katrina’s apartment above her cat cafe (which is why I’m counting it as 0.5). Now I’m on the hunt for builds to bring it all to life.
To fully enjoy my version of Brindleton Bay, you'll need at least:
✔️ Base Game 💍(Required to play the other packs and for the Yacht Club, which I’m turning into a wedding venue!)
✔️ Cats & Dogs 🐶🐱 (Obviously, since it's Brindleton Bay!)
✔️ For Rent 🏢 (For the apartment building)
✔️ Businesses & Hobbies 🏪 (For Katrina’s Cafe/Apartment)
✔️ Spa Day 💆♀️ (For the Gym/Spa)
✔️ Get to Work 🍽️🐾 (For the seafood restaurant and pet store)
✔️ Get Together ☕ (For the cafe—unless they’re included in B&H? If you have the pack, let me know in the comments if you still need GT to open a cafe in B&H!)
✔️ Snowy Escape 🏔️ (For the hot springs, though if you don’t have it, hot tubs or pools can be substituted!)
I won’t be building everything from scratch! Instead, I’ll be using lots made by other players whenever possible. I’ll also be adapting custom content (CC) builds to work without CC, since I can’t use it anymore without my game crashing. If I can’t find something that fits my plan and the overall vibe, I’ll either build it myself or, if any builders are interested, we can collaborate!
Is there anything missing or something you’d change about the plan? Let me know what you think! I’d love to hear suggestions before I finalize everything. 😊
