Olivia in her mad scientist era.
The reason Bob gets into genetic modifications in the first place was because Olivia (who was visiting him in prison) had developed a special intrest in it, and they wanted to spend more time together. This gets them recognized by the Monsaro Corporation and Olivia becomes Bob's lab assistant, making her their youngest scientist.
Bob gave his daughter the same animal genetics that he gave himself, but she added a few extras such as a frog's tounge, the neck of an owl (which allows her to turn her head 360°), and a dog's sense of smell. Not only did she know about her father's scheme to steal the DNA of the smartest people in history and aided in it, she was also planning on creating life and giving herself superpowers (she can be very out there).
Olivia wanted to befriend Lisa, but at the same time she was a little annoyed that she was getting in the way of their father-daughter bonding activity. Eventually, her delusions and fear of abandonment get the better of her as she has a false prediction that Lisa will replace her as Bob's lab assistant. She gets overstimulated and joins her father in his murderous rage, though she asks him to spare Bart once they get to the bridge. She decides to jump off with him, knowing neither of them were going to die because she remembered they both have gills.
