A little kitchen witching to chase away the up-and-down of spring weather cold. I'm pretty sure everyone has a version of this. The one I just made is: one large, wide-mouth canning jar, sterilized, one small hand of ginger, peeled and sliced thin, three lemons, washed and sliced about 1/4 inch thick. Put the ginger and lemon slices in the jar, and fill with honey. You'll have to do that last bit in stages, to let the honey seep down to the bottom.
