What Is Energy Manipulation?

Energy manipulation is the conscious direction of spiritual energy to create change in yourself, in others, or in your environment. Every spell that you cast, every ritual that you perform, and every intention that you set is a form of energy work.

If you're a practicing witch, you're already an energy manipulator. You just might not realize how naturally gifted you truly are!

Sign #1: You feel drained around certain people...

You walk into a room feeling great, but after talking to someone specific, you feel completely exhausted. Some may call this 'introverted', but it's not just limited to that. You're naturally sensing and absorbing the energy that's around you. Your energetic field is so open that you're unconsciously taking on what others are carrying. This is your first clue that you're energetically sensitive. Sign #2: Your mood shifts in different spaces...

Some places instantly make you feel peaceful, while others make you want to leave immediately. You're picking up on the residual energy that's been left behind in those locations. Hospitals, for example, feel heavy while nature can feel rejuvenating, and certain homes just feel "off" to you. You're naturally reading the energetic mark of spaces.

Sign #3: You 'just know' things about people...

Within minutes of meeting someone, you get a stronger sense of who they really are beyond what they're showing you. Your friends say you're a good judge of character, but it's more than that. You're instinctively reading their energetic brand and picking up on their true intentions and emotions. This is a natural aura reading in action.

Sign #4: You get strong feelings from objects...

Certain jewelry, crystals, or even furniture gives you specific feelings when you touch them. Vintage items might feel sad, someone's ring might feel warm and comforting, or a certain book might feel charged with knowledge. You're sensing the energy that's being imprinted on these objects through use and intention. This is psychometry, reading the energy history of items.

People often comment that they feel calmer around you or more energized after spending time with you. You don't even try; it just happens naturally. You're unconsciously projecting your own energy outward and influencing the energetic space around you. This is natural energy projection, a powerful skill to have.

Hello! I wanted to share a little witch tip today. It's quick and easy to do and can be done in a variety of ways.

This water wishing jar can also be called a water manifestation jar, a magic water bottle, wish-infused water, or anything you want to call it. Anything at all. You can even name it Steve. Or Rob. For the purposes of this post, I named it a water wishing jar.

• You will need:

⛲ A see-through container for drinking water, ideally glass

⛲ Drinkable water

⛲ A permanent marker

• Instructions:

💧Cleanse your container, in a way that feels right to you(hot water, cold water, washing it, rinsing it, smoke, anything goes)

💧While empty: on the outside of the container, write the words, mirrored, that you want to ask the water to help you achieve. So, if you want the water to bring you luck or healing, write ʞɔυl or ϱnilɒɘʜ. You'll want the text to face the water, so that the water "reads" and absorbs the words. Fill the water up to the top of the highest word. You want the water to cover all the words.

💧 Fill the container with drinkable water, and charge as you will - in sunlight, in moonlight, by cooling it down, using sigils, whatever your preferred method may be. You can at this point optionally ask the water to bring you these things, but you can also just envision the water absorbing the words and infusing itself with the qualities you want, whatever suits, just be kind to the water and thank it regularly.

💧 Drink the water as part of your daily routine, and recharge with each refill.

• Tips:

💦 Use a permanent marker for things you want to absorb long-term, and for temporary wishes or smaller ones, you can use a whiteboard marker.

💦 Use a website like LingoJam or just Google a mirrored text generator if you're unsure of writing mirrored words.

💦 Use a container that suits you. It can be a jar, but it can also be a water bottle, a glass, a bowl, whatever suits. A friend of mine years ago used to write her wishes on her water filter tanks.

💦 To add to the above, if anyone tells you what you're using or doing is wrong, splash them with said water. It can't be bad if you're dowsing them in positive affirmations infused water, right? 🤭

💦 Adjust this how you want! Infuse the water with herbs or spices of your choice if you want for extra magic.

💦 You can also write specific things and have specific jars for specific wishes. Like an abundance water jar, or a prosperity water bottle.

• How I did it:

I first filter my tap water - it is already drinkable but I like to take out anything else that may be hiding in it - in one of those filter jugs for water. As the water is filtered and fills the jug, I meditate over it and use the filtration process as a charging method.

Next, I pour the filtered water into my large glass jar with a tap on it that I drink my daily portions of water from. I leave the water in the jar for a while to let it absorb the words, and drink it!

To ask the water for the words I've written, and to charge it, I drew a sigil on the bottom of the jar with my intent. I also regularly thank the water and express my gratitude.

I like to think of it as the water absorbing the intent and words and me absorbing the water, filling my body and energy with my wishes with each drink.

I have been practicing witchcraft off and on for about 16 years, and in those 16 years I've discovered that I do not have the patience to cast a protective circle with elaborate chants and hand movements every time that I do a spell. So I developed this particular method, which works perfectly for me. And it might work for you as well!
