How 2 eat more than 1 food group pt 2
1 apple, sliced thinly (I use a mandala but you probably don't need one if you're good enough with a knife)
however much plain nonfat greek yogurt you want
carmel sauce whatever kind you want to taste (alternatively you could probably just used a greek yogurt in whatever flavor but idk)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
a little over a tablespoon chocolate chips whatever kind you want
mix it all together
BOOM apple salad
very tasty + nutrients
