Lucius always has his arm wrapped around Cissa very delicately bc she has very light sleep and he always feels like he’ll wake her…but by the time he’s reached deep sleep he’s kind of just clinging to her. It’s gotten to the point Cissa has trouble sleeping without him.

Peter and Sybil cuddle up with the patterned blanket around them and he holds her hand for her to squeeze in case she has a bad dream, and they always have half-empty mugs beside their bed because they get so caught up talking with each other they never end up finishing their teas.

Sirius and Remus take afternoon naps together and Sirius is sooo clingy he is basically on top of Remus, and they also sometimes sleep in just one oversized sweater because they can.

Lily will always go to sleep, wake up to do work in the middle of the night and James will have to coax her back to sleep. She’s a workaholic. She finds it a lot easier to sleep when she’s with him, she has her hand wedged between the bed and HIS pillow not hers, she thinks the way he presses his head into his pillow applies the perfect pressure and it makes her feel more relaxed.

Evan and Barty never sleep lol they just get high, make out, commit hate crimes or have sex. Sometimes Evan suggests they study or take a nap. Barty always says no. Sometimes Evan asks Pandora ro sneak them a sleeping draught so they can finally sleep a little. Evan has chronic insomnia and Barty actually kicks a shit ton in his sleep and usually wakes Evan up in the morning.

Mary scolds Regulus for his horrible sleep habits and when they move in together makes him adjust it slowly bit by bit. They have matching pajamas and sometimes if she has trouble sleeping she makes him read her French poetry, and if he can’t sleep she’ll sing to him or talk with him until they both drift off or the sun comes up again.

Dorcas and Marlene have the coziest comforter and Marlene basically throws herself around Dorcas and they just sleep like that. Dorcas loves the feeling of their legs tangled together.

Okay I feel like Xenophilius is simultaneously his own person but also somewhat the boy that Lucius was never allowed to be

Like Lucius always had to be all neat and perfect while Abraxas didn't care what Xenophilius did, so Xeno was the child who never really interacted with the other kids because he would spend his time digging and making friends with the caterpillars

Xeno also dressed however he wanted and although Lucius sometimes found his fashion choices somewhat questionable, he envied the freedom of expression his brother got

Also I think it's so funny how different they are because it gives the opportunity for literally no one having any clue that they're related. Nobody speaks to Xeno really so nobody knows his surname, and obviously they don't exactly scream sibling vibes to all of Lucius' pureblood snob 'friends'

One day they're walking around or whatever and Lu sees Xeno looking at the Black Lake and he's like "see any plimpies?" and Lu's gang are utterly befuddled because is Lu making fun of this weird kid? Is he genuinely curious? Do they know each other? How? Meanwhile Xeno's just like "no I saw a blibbering humdinger :)"

Also Xeno is always thirdwheeling Lu's dates because Lucius never wants to leave him home alone with Abraxas. But like not in annoying way in the Lu is sitting on a bench snuggling with his partner and Xeno is a few meters behind them rearranging the pebbles.

Lucius helps Xeno put beads in his hair and he ties the string when Xeno makes bracelets cause Xeno sucks at making them stay tied and they have matching bracelets but Xeno made Lu's for his upper arm so nobody would see it and Xeno's arms are so covered in accessories that nobody notices the little black 'Lu' bracelet between them

They're so that trend where it's like "he's gonna tell you about his special interest and you BETTER be nice" when Lu introduces Xeno to people cause Xeno is talking about crumple horned snorkaks and whoever he's speaking to is sweating nervously cause Lu is death staring them behind Xeno
