Once I discovered that Ikkaku has a sister, I imagined that the first encounter between Shino and Yumichika was pretty tensed. Like she knows the 5th officer is quite harsh and could be mean with anyone else outside the 11th Squad. On the other side, he has some difficulties to accept her existence (and to share Ikkaku with her).

So I keep it that way (especially that Ikkaki is lieutenant in French, so it's quite disturbing to read that Yachiru is (in English)).)
