Kaitlin Garriot University of California, Davis Spring 2019 Intermediate Sculpture Plaster cast from silicon mold Assignment: Growth/Decay

The molds casted from Silorub ds f-20 (RTV 2) silicon rubber are cured completely and I can tell that the result is far better than the molds casted from SmoothOn Moldstar 20T. This silicon is a little bit softer than the Moldstar and it needs 24H at minimum to he able to cast resin in it. But the wait is paid off with a bubble free mold. 🙂😁 One more thing it recommends a separator, don't forget it because this will stick hard to metal and plastic surfaces. So I can recommend this product for everyone who want to cast some resin, concrete or gypsum.
