A Slow Travel Thought About Sikkim
Lately, I’ve been thinking about taking a trip somewhere quiet.
Not a crowded destination or a place full of plans, just somewhere peaceful where time moves a little slower. While scrolling through a few travel posts, Sikkim caught my attention.
There’s something about mountains that feels different. The calm roads, the cold air, and the silence that you don’t usually find in cities. Places like Gangtok and the routes leading towards North Sikkim seem less about rushing and more about just being there.
I don’t really want a packed itinerary if I go. Just a simple plan, a few days, and enough time to actually enjoy the surroundings. No pressure to cover everything.
