I'm from Ireland, Irish potatoes are generally fluffier and less waxy than british potatoes in my experience. An Irish baked potato with Irish butter is so superior 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
Ahhh okok, I will look out for them then! Should help the texture in sandwiches and pastas and such to have something fluffier. I think I may have been slightly overcooking my potatoes previously to compensate. I now have access to my gf's mum's AGA so if I do find any I can appreciate them.
