Yes, she was upset when Reclusa died
Colinn is extremely gentle and caring, completely contrasting her brother
Despite everything Reclusa did, Colinn felt he never deserved to die
She can bake!!! She especially likes making brownies
She named herself, and she named her brother (they don't have parents so-)
Colinn likes to draw
She gets emotional when talking about Reclusa
made a brothership oc, uhh she hasn't been drawn yet but her names Colinn, she's Reclusa's (older) sister
she gets worried about him, especially given the fact he's like. Insane. (i hc he used to be normal and something happened)
she's close with Connie, sorta seeing her as a younger sister, and Cozette gets to be her mom, even though Colinn's eons older than her lol

My headcanon has been vague for a while. I think the idea is they had no parents (mysteriously) but were found and raised by Longclaw.
Meet Regina’s little sister, Penelope Swinburne,a sprightly, mischievous little thing. She’s around 12-13 years old, and has a head of unruly light brown curls that are perpetually in disarray. She’s got a wide-eyed, innocent expression most of the time, but don’t let that fool you - she’s as sly and clever as they come. She idolizes her big sister, Regina, and constantly seeks her attention. Despite her young age, she’s quite independent and curious, always darting around and getting into trouble.She is playful and energetic, with an infectious laugh that can brighten up any room. She’s also incredibly bright for her age, and has a keen eye for details and patterns. Despite her mischievous streak, she’s kind-hearted and loyal, and has a strong sense of empathy for others. She’s a bit of a chatterbox, and can talk a mile a minute when excited. She’s also quite a bit of a daddy’s girl and often uses her charm to get her way with her parents.

They have Found family dynamic! Basically act like siblings with constant teasing each other and acting like they've known each other forever lol
Clementia is also very close to Moscow (Denver's dad) - so he's like a dad to them, too!
Sometimes they make people believe they're actually siblings just to "prank" them 😭
