Hoshi and Zenas sat along the edge of a small pond in the center of a park, what few stars that could be seen in Tokyo twinkling above them.  The brightest star, however, currently sat beside the princen, hand lightly resting atop zirs, and a light blush dusting his cheeks.  His other hand was fiddling with something in his jacket pocket, and he swallowed nervously, before turning to face zir.

"I really do want to see you smile more often!  It makes me really happy to see- more than words can describe…  That’s why…"

Really. A mere peasant coming to save a princen that wasn't even of their citizens. This simply had to be a joke.

He burst through the door, kicking it open, and you silently jerked a thumb toward the keys hanging on the side of the corridor, guards littering the floor in a daze. Hibiki had been... not especially careful. But well, what could he do since it was kind of, sort of, his fault for getting them captured, but let's skip over that.

He'd extended a hand to you, and you slapped it away, seething. You knew how this was going to turn out, so you waited for the inevitable to happen. And it did. You threw him over your shoulder like a sack of potatoes, dodging parries and throwing some in yourself, not missing a beat.

And you were out, somehow now carrying Hibiki like a princess in an ironic twist, but you didn't care; you were free now, and you could finally be with whoever you wanted- maybe even Hibiki. Maybe.
