The detergent I've used for years has quietly changed its's formulation and is now thinned out so much, that I don't just need to use more of it, but the amount I'd need for my machine can no longer physically fit into the detergent drawer. And not just by a little bit, I'd need to put about 50% more in there than it can hold.
No wonder my clothes smell so quickly! I've been using the same amount that I've looked up on the package years ago and just naively assumed that would still be correct. Cause ya know, it's still the exact same product judging by the label.
