My ideas for a Woodyâs Roundup cartoon! đ¤ đ
Even though I love Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins, little kid me wouldâve gotten more of a kick out of a Woodyâs Roundup show - mostly for how much I love Woody and TS2. Here are some ideas for how I would produce it.

It obviously takes place in the Wild West times, mostly set in a little town by The Olâ Gulch, and is protected by their loyal Sheriff Woody and his roundup gang. We have the main theme song by âRiders In The Skyâ and the tone of the cartoon is similar to the old western cartoons like âQuick Draw McGrawâ as well as that one episode from âAdventures of Sonic the Hedgehogâ.

Sheriff Woody
Woody is the wisecracking, smart-as-a-whip sheriff of his town and who ultimately does his best to keep the peace and folks happy. Instead of using violence to fend off bandits and rustlers, he uses clever tactics, usually improvised, and his trusty lasso. He also has a bunch of side hobbies; such as horseback riding, cards, darts and strumming a tune on his guitar.
Jessie the Cowgirl
The energetic, adventure-seeking tomboy is always up to lend a hand when Woody or the town needs it; she can even call for animal assistance with her signature yodel. However, her fearlessness can get her into trouble at times, but she does learn about teamwork from it. Her white horse Belle is the one animal she loves the most and enjoys a bit of dancing.
Bullseye
As Woodyâs loyal horse, he accompanies his favourite cowboy just about everywhere. He can get extremely goofy and hungry most of the time, but if he hears and smells danger, heâs always ready to ride like the wind. Aside from Woody and Jessie, he seems to like Belle the most and takes part in little rodeos to play with her or to impress her.
Stinky Pete the Prospector
Just a typical miner who has a one-track mind on finding gold and gems up in the old mountains. He occasionally joins Woody and the others on their adventures, but being super accident prone always starts off a disaster for them. Whenever not digging for riches, he quite likes to fish by the lake or go into town for drinking⌠a lot.
Snake-Eyed Sam
Out of all the well-known outlaws, Snake-Eyed Sam is the most infamous and terrifying bandit within the west. As Woodyâs nemesis, he never gives in and goes further with his crimes until he can finally gain the upper hand. He can often be seen barging through lands upon his wagon pulled by two hot-tempered bulls, using a whip as his main weapon.

(And to match other Disney Channel shows of the time, they might have a crossover episode with BLoSC for Toy Story fanservice lol)

Concept: Superhero show in a similar style to Kevin Can F**k Himself where it switches between a PG style show of two siblings with genre typical semi absentee parents learning their powers and how to work together while dealing with minor baddies around their city who are rarely anything more than they can handle, and if they are then thatâs when their parents swoop in to save the day and give them a life lesson; and the R style show of their parents who are dealing with the real monsters and are semi absentee because theyâre usually up to their necks in work keeping their villains from getting to their kids and the civilians of the city
The kidâs villains of the week are the superhero equivalent of when an animal half kills a prey item so its babies can practice hunting safely. The babies need to learn, but the parents are always watching
I hate stories about the main character having no powers in a world where superpowers are normal. Because they never take advantage of the obvious allegory for invisible disabilities!
Itâs always âThe character has no powers and this is their quest to fix that!â Or âThe character has no powers and this is a story to love yourself!â Or worst of all âthe character does have powers but itâs super special different powers that donât show up like normal powersâ
I want a story about a girl who has no superpowers in her superpowered world and she doesnât want to be âcuredâ and there is no secret power!
I want random people she tells to say theyâll âPray for herâ, I want doctors (especially male ones) to claim itâs just in her head or âStressâ, I want random people to call her a liar, I want people to act like sheâs contagious if they touch her or her kooky aunt to look up ânatural remediesâ
I want people to pity her and underestimate her while the world around her isnât made for people like her. And I want her to have a support system of friends and/or family who love and support her and put in work to make sure sheâs included and doesnât feel alone.
i want a show with an abrosexual/abroromantic person and a genderfluid person in a relationship. They have one of those detective boards with red string taking up a good chunk of space in their apartment. It's constantly evolving. Love is like a DVD logo bouncing around the screen of time. When they're not aligned in the moment they're still best friends/queerplatonic. No miscommunication tropes. They're still messy. They're still flawed. They have a cat named Aphrodite who gets rlly cuddly with the abrosexual partner when there's less alignment and lays on the genderfluid person's neck scarf style when they're feeling more male.

Timberlane is a town better to drive around than through.
