Quando eu gosto de alguém eu quero ser IGUAL essa pessoa, não entendo o porquê, mas não acho que seja algo negativo, porque as pessoas que eu gosto são magras e inteligentes. Desde que estou gostando desse garoto, minhas notas tem melhorado, meu desempenho na faculdade, e já estou até chamando a atenção dele por isso. Além disso, perdi 6 kg, já é um começo!

Esses dias estou me sentindo mais confiante e por mais incrível que pareça, isso está mudando a forma como as pessoas me verem. Recebi elogios e me sinto com mais autoestima. Sério, se amem, se cuidem, sejam gentis consigo mesmos. A forma como você se ama, se ver e trata a si mesmo, fará com que os outros façam igual. Então se você é mau consigo, os outros também serão. NÃO DEIXE JAMAIS ninguém lhe tratar mal, te humilhar ou diminuir, independente se você é gorda ou não, isso não é justificativa pra aceitar menosprezo de ninguém. Lembrem também de ser gentil com as pessoas que merecem e não ficar julgando ninguém porque é gordo. Todo mundo que emagreceu, é pq um dia foi gordo.
