Literally no one asked me to do this but I’ll say it anyway because it’s so useful (at least for me).
How to listen to music offline!!! Without any subscriptions.
(This is for iOS users)
So you start with recording all your songs with the recording option in the accessibility section. Then you’ll take the recordings and save them to files. Then you’ll go to the folder you saved them in and click on the 3 dots buttons in the upper right corner then on “View Options” then turn on the “Show all file name extensions.” You’ll find that all the recordings are “John Doe.mov”. You’ll go and change it so “.m4a”. When you do that, you’ll go to the Shortcut app and make a new shortcut.
You’ll make this shortcut but make sure on the “Encode Media” button, the media format is M4A and that the and that the “Audio Only” button is turned on.
Sadly I didn’t find any other way to input an image other than from the Clipboard. So you’ll go to the picture you want to attach to the song and copy it then start the shortcut. You’ll choose the song you want and then the picture you copied is gonna be pasted to the song then encoded. And BOOM!!! There you have it. There are other ways for sure but I just feel like this way is aesthetically pleasing to me. I hope I helped anyone out there. BYE!!
Some of the songs I have and made that way.
