Most of the classes that I am in right now are not test-based, so I only had one midterm for my Organizational Behavior class. Although I didn’t get much sleep the night before because I was up studying, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It was one page front and back of true or false, matching, and a couple of multiple choice, and then a packet of paper to write my response to the essay question. It was a very different set up to that of a high school midterm, where it was pages upon pages of multiple choice questions and then an essay. This is partially because this midterm was only one class period, and if you finished early then you could leave early. Also my teacher let us know everything that could potentially be on the test so that we weren’t studying blindly, and that was super helpful. I ended up doing pretty well on my test, and if I could do it again, the only thing I would change would be to start my studying sooner. It would’ve helped if I had been able to sleep more the night before and I probably would’ve retained more of the information. But overall, I feel that the midterms at Washington College are really fair.
