Awhile back, I had ordered some specialty leather craft items from an online seller for some very custom customs. When they arrived, they were smashed and useless. The seller was kind enough to replace the entire order, but felt so bad about the whole thing making my orders late, that they sent me an Amazon gift card. Above and beyond! I decided to use the gift card to buy Ryland the #shopkid a gift that she could use to make cold shop nights less boring. She’s short, fast, athletic, and went NUTS one time when I showed her a video of a little girl her age, doing insane tricks on aerial silks. I’ve been wanting to get her silks forever. The gift card was enough to cover this yoga swing, which I figured was close enough for now… and she could use it as a hammock. Ryland has been on this thing for two hours straight! She started off scared, just swinging. But got braver… and braver… and then! Well just scroll to the last pictures!! I screamed when I saw her do this stuff all on her own!! So, I guess the other half of the shop is going to become a gym… and now I have an acrobat on my hands! I’m so proud of you kid! Y’all. I need help. I am a hoarder of “supplies”. Insane projects. Other people’s trash... I need an intervention. . #shop dog got bored today and finished off the padding and cover on the youngest #shopkid ‘s hand-me-down bike. (Don’t worry. See first pic, 1 of 800 new toys Ry picked out for Nocona at the store today... And, I caught dog in time to pick up the dangerous parts. Ry also has 800 other things she can ride. It’s fine.) . I told Ry I’d buy her a new seat. She didn’t care, but insisted that I, “Throw away that piece of garbage seat.” 😂 . Y’all. To my 4 year old. I accidentally said, “What?! HELL no! YAY! REALLY stoked about posting this! I got to do the @girlsrockcampokc logo this year, two of them!
